With so much necessary change, it’s no wonder the top winner on the Best Places to Work ’22 list embraced flexibility and supported its employees in ways that made a difference during these turbulent times. NVIDIA’s focus on providing a good work culture, work-life balance, and a supportive community pushed them to the top of the list.
Last year hundreds of thousands of employees left companies that were unwilling or unable to adapt to the new expectations set by pandemic life – expectations like true work-life balance, flexibility, remote or hybrid workplaces, better benefits, and more. NVIDIA and the others on the Best Places to Work ’22 list prioritized these changes to ensure their employees felt supported.
