Being involved in an innovation sprint challenge/competition is great opportunity to show future employers your career readiness competencies like teamwork, critical thinking and professionalism. Make sure to add it to your resume and LinkedIn profiles like Handshake and LinkedIn.

WORDING YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENT STATEMENTS

  • Always begin with an effective action verb
  • Explain the purpose of the accomplishment
  • Add details and results whenever possible
  • Think about the impact of your work and how you did it
  • Do not speak for the group – speak to your contributions
