The government is full of great opportunities that can suit just about any skill-set and area of study. One excellent example is the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). While many people have initial thoughts of only accountants working for the government while handling taxes, there are a wealth of roles available within. The scope of occupations extends beyond accounting and finance, to business, management, computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, law and more.
