The State University of New York (SUNY), in partnership with the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH), is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for the third cohort of the SUNY/OMH Mental Health Scholarships Pipeline Program.
The SUNY/OMH Mental Health Scholarship Pipeline Program creates a seamless pipeline that aims to attract, retain, and graduate students from diverse backgrounds who are trained in becoming mental health professionals. The scholarship amount is $4,500 for undergraduate students, and $7,500 for graduate students per semester, for a maximum of 3 years (6 semesters).
The SUNY/OMH Mental Health Scholarships Pipeline Program is open to all prospective candidates regardless of race, color, national origin, or sex, and is consistent with all current governing federal and state nondiscrimination law.
