ELS is hiring for the position of Housekeepers $16-18 an hour based on experience-2 in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.

What You’ll Do
Our Housekeepers help keep the resort clean, welcoming, and ready for our guests to enjoy. This role is essential in maintaining our five-star standards across cabins, common areas, and public spaces. As a part-time Housekeeper, you’ll support the property with routine cleaning tasks, guest turnover, and light operational support.
Your Job Will Include
Housekeeping & Cleaning Duties
- Clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guest arrivals.
- Clean the resort office, clubhouse, bathhouses, and public access areas including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and emptying trash.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas to meet resort standards.
- Assist with cleaning following resort events, activities, or guest functions.
Operational & Team Support
- Track and restock cleaning supplies; notify the Lead or Manager when inventory is low.
- Report maintenance issues or repair needs in cabins, bathhouses, or public areas.
- Provide support to maintenance staff or other team members when needed.
- Drive a motorized vehicle or golf cart to run errands or pick up supplies (if applicable).
- Help ensure a clean, safe, and positive environment for guests and residents.
Guest Service
- Interact with guests politely and professionally.
- Assist the Resort Manager in responding to guest needs with patience and care.
- Address guest concerns with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
Experience & Skills You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-3 years of housekeeping experience is helpful, but we will train the right candidate.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and proper sanitation practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and carrying items.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance (if operating resort vehicles).
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
