Background & Job Description
Background: A 2024 State Senate Campaign Internship will provide real campaign experience, including exposure to direct voter contact and what a robust field operation looks like, data analysis, input, research, and campaign communications strategy.
Applications for this flexible internship are accepted on a rolling basis, and interns will be onboarded throughout the campaign season. We understand that you may have other work or extracurricular responsibilities, so you can adjust your hours accordingly. However, we do expect a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week. The primary role of the internship will be direct voter outreach, which can be done in a campaign office, in the field, or remotely, depending on the circumstances. This internship opportunity is available in State Senate districts across all geographical regions of the state, giving you the freedom to choose a location that suits you best.
No previous campaign experience is necessary. We strongly encourage individuals from diverse backgrounds to apply.
