Employee Resource Groups and Business Resource Networks can be a key partner in educating teams during events like Pride month and 2U’s employee-led Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, and Asexual/Allies network 2Q is no exception. During this conversation with 2U leaders, we will discuss the companies commitment to the LGBTQ+ community, the work 2Q is doing and a review of our Pride celebrations globally, the valuable external partnerships that 2Q works with to support the community and 2U’s commitment to advocate against anti-LGBTQ+ legislation through their commitment with the HRC National Business Statement on Anti-LGBTQ State Legislation.
