The Office of the Registrar is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented student to join our team as a Work Study Office Assistant. In this role, you’ll help with organizing and scanning student records, processing mail, and keeping files up to date. This position is a great opportunity to learn about how the Registrar’s Office supports students and the university while gaining valuable office experience.

Responsibilities
- Scan and label paper files to create clear and accurate digital records.
- Help review and organize older records following university guidelines.
- Process incoming mail, including scanning student forms and documents.
- Make sure all scanned and labeled files are correctly stored and easy to locate.
- Handle student information carefully and keep it confidential.
- Assist with general office tasks and projects as needed, i.e., prepare transcripts to be mailed out
